Yes, we do!
Some of our products are stored and shipped from within Australia, while others are shipped from our warehouse in China. Where your order is shipped from depends on stock levels and demand at the time. To be fully transparent, our products are not made in Australia—they are typically manufactured in China. This allows us to offer you high-quality items at the best possible prices.
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and any other options listed on our product pages.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this time, orders are automatically processed, and requests for changes will no longer be accepted. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
Absolutely, every order includes quick and free shipping.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and sale periods, please allow additional time for order processing. We handle orders Monday through Friday, and they are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped the day after it’s processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
We strive to deliver your order within 7-12 business days (Monday to Friday).
If you haven't received your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.
The prices shown on our website are tax-free in AU Dollars, meaning you may be required to pay additional duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and other customs fees may apply when your order reaches its final destination, and these are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not liable for any delays caused by your country’s customs department. If you receive incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, please get in touch with us. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details when you contact us. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.
